What to do with old umbrellas?

And there was me thinking I was an upcycling genius. Wanting to make water-resistant things, seeing umbrellas sticking out of every bin in the city and patting myself on the back. Ha ha! NOT a new idea, I'm happy to say. There is LOADS happening in the cyberworld showing things you can make with umbrella skins (the fabric), frame and handle. For myself, I've been making washbags, doggy raincoats and fun dolls' clothes. Have a go! :-)
